The prices listed are a guide to using the services of Team Discovery. Each project is costed individually taking into account the unique feathers of each customer requirements. A single project could involve the components of pricing sections 1-6.

For your specific project if would be helpful to complete our Proposal Request after which we will be in a better position to provide a budget for your unique project.

1. Graphical design for web site

Standard basic design
We will search the Internet and discuss appropriate prototypes which have a look and feel which you are comfortable with. Your design will be have a similar style but will be unique to you. We will provide 1-2 sample designs for your consideration. After that we will make final version according to your comments on the samples provided.

This includes services relating to intellectual property rights, patent registration, contract negotiations, contract disputes, advice on DDA, ecommerce regulations, website terms and conditions

It includes dealing with client solicitor/our solicitor on any issue by email, phone and/or site visit

18. Digital photography and videography

Onsite services for specific photography and video from £30 per hour
Photography for 360 degree moving panoramic and stitching together to create moving animation £250 first animation, £150 for additional animations

19. Expense and disbursement charges

Unless agreed otherwise all reasonable expenses incurred directly in relation to client projects will be charged as follows.

  
Travel Charged at prevailing AA/RAC recommended rate e.g. £0.50 per mile for 2-litre car.
Air, rail and other public transport Charged at cost on the basis of "Business" or "Club" standards.
Telecommunications above normal day-to-day communications which are part of an agreed service Charged at cost.
Office sundries Colour printing £0.40 per page
Black & White £0.05 per page based on 80-100gsm white paper. An extra charge will be incurred with heavier/specialised papers and cards.
Postage/Courier Charged at cost

20. Hours of operation

Standard hours of operation i.e. rates quoted in this schedule Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 x 1 quoted rates unless agreed otherwise
Extended hours of operation

Monday to Friday < 08:00 and > 18:00

Saturday 08:00 to 18:00

 x 1.5 quoted rates unless agreed otherwise
Out of hours times of operation Sunday 00:00 to 23:59 and all other times x 2 quoted rates unless agreed otherwise

21. Team Discovery Care

Team Discovery Care is about supporting you after the main project is complete - it might be your website implementation or the installation of your broadband network or email hosting, etc.

Team Discovery Care is about managing the risk of the unplanned things that cause you to have to stop and think (in computer terms "priority interrupt zero" the highest state of interrupt) . We have some ideas but we do not always know what is happening which can cause your service to go down or your website to stop doing what it should.

We want you to know that we will be there to help when you need us. However, our availability has a cost. We believe our cost is a reasonable cost to give you peace of mind and help you remove the brakes on what you need to get on with. Let Team Discovery Care take Care of you.

Website maintenance 20% of website development cost per month subject to minimum charge of £15 per month.
PC Software support £60 per month by direct payment. Details to be agreed.
